Meet Our Team
 John R. Flor - Team Lead and Property Marketing Specialist
John R. Flor, is the Team Lead and has been the Managing Broker of Six Lakes Realty since 2001. Shortly after his start in real estate, his vision focused on creating a team of highly trained individuals that love their work and the people they serve. That vision is now a reality.
John grew up in Chetek and has spent much of his life on the Chetek Chain of Lakes. His passion for the area shows through when you talk to him and he often says “It is easy to sell what you love”. After college at the University of Minnesota, he was commissioned an officer in the U.S. Navy and served ten years as a Naval Flight Officer in the EA-6B Prowler. After serving his country he decided to join his parents at Six Lakes Realty.
John is an active father of four children and his wife, Julie, shares his passion for real estate as a Mortgage Loan Officer. He is highly involved with the local and state Board of Realtors, currently serving as the President of the Realtors Association Of Northwestern Wisconsin and Chairman-elect of the Wisconsin Realtors Association. He currently holds five real estate designations and thrives on continuing education and expanding his business.
Jan "JJ" Gebhardt
After living in various parts of the country; Jan chose to leave her corporate career behind and settle in Chetek. For the last ten years, she has owned and operated a successful recreational business in the area.
Jan has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Western Illinois University, coupled with years of management experience in the computer industry. During that time, her hobby was buying and remodeling homes.
In 2007, she built her dream home on the beautiful Chetek Chain of Lakes. Jan’s passion for finding the “right house” expanded into a real estate career. Her spare time finds her bicycling and riding her motor-scooter through the countryside watching for opportunities to present to her clients.
 Carolyn Lilly - Buyer Specialist
Carolyn Lilly has lived from coast to coast but her passion is for this area where she has spent over 24 years. She lives on one of our beautiful lakes and can offer her expertise on where the fish bite. She is the proud Mother of three and devoted Grandmother of four.
Carolyn is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and continues to work on her education. She is a dedicated and passionate professional whose background in Management and Sales have honed her ability to recognize client’s needs and remain accountable throughout the entire buying experience.
Carolyn believes that purchasing a home or property is one of the largest investments you will ever make. This is not something to be handled in a casual or random way. You can be confident that Carolyn will be with you every step of the way.
 G.C. "Butch" Flor - Public Relations
Butch Flor is a life long Chetek resident, business owner and active leader in community affairs and organizations. His commitment to promoting the Chetek Chain of Lakes area has been constant throughout his career. He and his wife have lived on Lake Chetek for the past 40 years and actively enjoy the year round pleasures of life on the lake. He definitely instilled his delight of the lakes to his two children and now his four grandchildren, who swim, boat, ski and love it!
Butch has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1977 and Broker/Owner of Six Lakes Realty since 1989. He has served the Board of Realtors in several capacities including President of the Northern Waters Board of Realtors and a Director for the National Association of Realtors. He continues volunteering on a local, state and national level, particularly in the field of education and recreational real estate.
Butch’s role as Public Relations Specialist is particularly valuable to the Team. His vast knowledge and history of the lakes, the people and this entire area is indispensable.
 Barbara Flor - Operations Manager
Barbara Flor is the current Operations Manager for Six Lakes Realty. Originally from St. Paul, MN she married and made her home in Chetek over forty years ago. She is a Mother of two and a busy Grandmother of four delightful children.
Her real estate career began in 1989 when she and her husband, Butch Flor, purchased the firm. Building the company from the ground up offered many roles to fill and duties to learn. Details became her job description, and customer service her priority.
As the firm grew and professionals were added, Barb’s role in the company became the larger details of running Six Lakes Realty smoothly and efficiently.
From working side by side with her husband to now working “for” her son, John, the Managing Broker, she has enjoyed all the steps of the building process of this family business. When you walk thru the doors of Six Lakes Realty you will usually have Barb’s smile to greet you.
 Myda Honaker - Buyer Specialist
Myda Honaker is a Buyer Specialist and a recent addition to our Team. She is a licensed Realtor® in Wisconsin with an extensive background in customer service. She is a dedicated and caring person, with the ability to work well with clients and attend to their questions and needs. This is a real bonus to all who seek her help in purchasing a property.
Myda and her two sons have lived in the Barron County area for the past twelve years.
She gained extensive experience with plumbing, heating, well and septic systems as the part owner of a plumbing business. That experience gives her a unique perspective and expertise that she is able to pass along to her customers.
As a homeowner herself, she understands the importance of the financial and emotional investment buyers make when purchasing a home or property. She is very pleased to be a part of the Six Lakes Realty Team.
 Kendra Meyer - Marketing Coordinator
Kendra Meyer is our newest member here at Six Lakes Realty. She brings four years of exceptional customer service experience and organizational skills to our Team. Her energy, creativity and wittiness add great character to the presentation of our listings to the Real Estate buyer.
Kendra grew up in Cameron Wisconsin, and then went on to study marketing and advertising at Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College. Currently, she is earning her bachelors in psychology through Argosy University to learn and understand more about the interaction with the consumer and their needs." Her passion for people shows through her marketing skills in the promotion of our clients listings.
Leisure time usually finds her with friends or her loved ones; which she says, “hold responsibility for my smart sense of humor.” She enjoys staying fit by working out and playing basketball with her significant other. She notes, “I rarely lose.”
