New listing on Prairie

We have a great new listing on Prairie Lake.  The place was build in 2005 and has a lot of space for family and friends.  There is a third non-conforming bedroom in the basement, but the best part is a large bunk house that is attached to the garage.  You certainly wouldn't have to use the bunk house as such, it could be a shop or storage if that is what you need.  This is a great deal and we have had a good amount of activity on it already.  Check it out on our listings page, MLS# 630153.

Market picking up.

There are some very good signs that the market is picking up in our area.  We closed on a waterfront cottage today and had several offers on waterfront properties this week.  That is a very good indication to me that the market is taking an upswing.

With mortgage rates still low and the feds talking about lowering prime, we are poised to see a good fall sales season.  Typically, we see a short lull just prior to school starting and then a good bump in activity during September and October.

If you have been putting off buying that vacation property, now may be the time.  Don't wait until everyone else has decided to buy again or the wonderful inventory we now have may be gone.
